ACCOUNT MANAGER

Our Account Managers are highly motivated client focussed, with good communication
skills delivering a high level of customer service.

Working in teams with dedicated support personnel they deal with all aspects of the client’s energy contract renewals and contract maintenance. The work involves meeting deadlines, achieving targets and co-ordinating input from other departments, together with visiting clients nationwide.

If you are, at present, an account manager in the energy industry or an account manager providing a similar service in a different industry, we would be interested in talking to you.


ACCOUNT MANAGER SUPPORT

Working closely with an Account Manager, support personnel provide assistance and back up to all aspects of the Account Managers activities.

Good communication and IT skills are required. Knowledge and experience of the energy industry is an advantage but not essential.


OPERATIONS AND NEGOTIATIONS

We are looking for suitable people to work at all levels within our Operations and Negotiations teams, especially applicants with previous experience of the energy industry.

A variety of positions are available which include:-

    • Tariff Analysts
    • Contract Negotiators
    • Clerical Support

Requirements for qualifications vary with these positions from basic IT skills for clerical support to degree level analytical skills for Tariff Analysts.
